If you think you are the only one with self esteem issues, you are not alone. Most people think that they are the only ones that have low self esteem.
I was struck by an article in The Australian entitled Pursuit of happiness is personal. It starts out by saying:

I believe creativity is intimately tied up with high self esteem and emotional healing. I see creative writing as another way to self empowerment.
I have worked on self esteem programs that my clients have flourished with. Here are a few things I would suggest first:
