YOU Journaling
What Is This Journaling-for-YOU Community?
I’ve always been interested in journaling but I could never stick to it, but since finding this site miraculously, I have been drawn to keep coming back… the people I have met here are amazing! I am so grateful to you for creating this space… with all of you helping me I think I will finally break out of who I am into who I Can Be… and then I want to be the one helping someone to become Who They Can Be. Angie, Gold Coast, Australia
There are zillions of online communities these days from facebook and twitter to lots of blogs spread all over the web. This site is a little different. It’s all about personal and spiritual growth – specifically the growth of you.

It costs nothing. There are no advertisers. Occasionally I’ll send an email just to tell you what’s up with the site or me or the infrequent product intro. I’m not a salesperson. I’m a trainer and mentor of life coaches, a teacher and a writer (and a wife, mother and grandmother).
For security purposes the techies tell me I can’t just let you look around at the journals without you joining. So be it. So I got the OK from a few members to show you a bit of their journal assignment responses. Please watch this brief new user video tutorial that will familiarize you with all the bells and whistles needed to learn how to use all of the site’s features and functions!
What you get from the site each week is a new journal topic. You get to choose whether, and who, you share those responses with. If you make them available to me, I often comment and/or do a bit of coaching. If you make them available to the other coaches I’ve trained – Crystal, Savina, Adrienne and Heather, they will often share their unique perspectives also. You can even request a private exchange of coaching on a particular journal.

As is becoming usual these days, we have members from many countries and all over the U.S. You’ll find it’s a very safe and loving place.
So look over the sample below and then click here or above or below to join. And let me be the first to welcome you.

What gifts do I receive from the journaling community? I receive the gift of your collective Love and Light, of your collective wisdom and collective thoughts – the gift of hearing your personal stories & challenges, the gift of witnessing amazing individuals meld together and form a wonderful safe non-judgmental community. I get to receive the gift of your generousity of time and spirit – of the wonderful compliments that undoubtedly go to helping me sustain a healthy sense of self-worth. I get the gift of catharsis, of the release, the unburdening of pain and sorrow, joy and love. I benefit from having a ‘place’ that allows my thoughts to raise to the top to be processed, discussed and embraced. I get the gift of personal growth. I receive the gift of trust and friendship, of being able to listen to you unburden yourselves. I receive the gift of learning to become a better version of me. The gifts I receive are invaluable. They are given freely and with generousity of spirit and heart.
I am wealthier for being part of this community. I am wealthier for knowing you all and hearing your stories, your struggles, your triumphs, your insights, your dreams and fears. I am wealthier as I learn from these stories. I listen. I empathize and care. I am touched. I am softened. I am made to be more accepting – of myself and others.
I am wealthier as I see the beautiful current of love and light – of energy that is collectively stretching across the world. People are changing and sites like this have the ability to cast major ripple affects throughout the globe. We are all foot soldiers walking through our daily lives touched by others – maybe more reflective, accepting and responsive not only to ourselves and our own life situation but just as importantly to that of others regardless if this is a cyber community, the effects are real, tangible and brilliant.
Thank you Maia for the Gift of you and to all your other Angels, you know who you are. I feel honoured to be here. I feel honoured to be valued here. I feel honoured to contribute to this wonderful community.
