There are zillions of online communities these days from facebook and twitter to lots of blogs spread all over the web. This community is a little different. It’s all about personal and spiritual growth – specifically the growth of you and comes with a free journal.

It costs nothing. There are no advertisers. Occasionally I’ll send an email just to tell you what’s up with the site or me or the infrequent product intro. I’m not a salesperson. I’m a trainer and mentor of life coaches, a teacher and a writer (and a wife, mother and grandmother).

For security purposes the techies tell me I can’t just let you look around at the journals without you joining. So be it. So I got the OK from a few members to show you a bit of their journal assignment responses.

What you get from the site each week is a new and free journal topic. You get to choose whether, and who, you share those responses with. If you make them available to me, I often comment and/or do a bit of coaching. If you make them available to the other coaches I’ve trained, they will often share their unique perspectives also. You can even request a private exchange of coaching on a particular journal.

As is becoming usual these days, we have members from many countries and all over the U.S. You’ll find it’s a very safe and loving place. So look over the sample below and then click here or above or below to join. And let me be the first to welcome you.

I am greatly amazed of the benefits free journal has offered me ever since I started taking on this practice a couple weeks ago. My coach suggested I join the YOU University’s Journaling Community and use it as a valuable support to the Relationship YOU program I am currently taking. I have felt how my mood has changed dramatically for the better. I’m a more positive person, more polite, more grateful, more aware of myself and my emotions, funnier and with a higher attention to detail, which my wife simply LOVES! The strangest thing of all is that I used to have most of the qualities I just mentioned, but somehow I managed to lose a great deal of them along my journey in life. So, in summary, I feel as if I’ve returned from an obscure exile… I’m back!

And how did this happen? After reading the text above, most of you may be asking yourselves this question, so I’m going to break it down as simple as I can, the way I see it. Some of us might think that only a low percentage of the general population is born with high levels of creativity. Well, ladies and gentlemen, I beg to differ. It takes one heck of a creative mind to take any ordinary situation and just blow it out of proportion. That is what 99% of us tend to do with stuff that happens in our everyday life. For some reason we believe that there is no easy way out to a given event or circumstance, but how real is that? Through journaling with this free journal right online where I am often anyway, we are able to channel all the negative energy within ourselves and transfer it onto a community with coaches and other cool people. This uncomplicated process subtracts all creativity we have unconsciously accredited the situation in our minds, and renders it powerless. This vantage point relieves any overwhelming feelings we might have acquired during the time we left that very thing that troubled us in our minds. As Maia quoted yesterday during our phone conversation: “We can’t heal a sick mind with a sick mind” (hope I wrote it correctly).

The only catch here is that to take advantage of free journal’s full potential, you must possess a key ingredient: willingness. I had to overcome very strong resistance emotions that my ego was attempting to use to block my involvement in this Community. However, in the end I was able to defeat it. And here I am, living and enjoying my present, and feeling more positive and confident in myself than I ever have been. I intend to continue journaling far beyond the conclusion of the Relationship YOU program. Hope this motivates some of you to take in on yourselves. Go ahead, do it, and reap the benefits!
