He was absolutely brilliant and incredibly empathetic. I think the main reason he was so good for, was that he really couldn't sympathize with my feelings but he certainly felt empathy. From my experience, I wouldn't say 'no' to either a male or female life coach - I would choose the one that I resonated best with. I’m a female (woman, lady), and I had a male life coach for over 5 years – and I loved him.

From my experience, I wouldn’t say ‘no’ to either a male or female life coach – I would choose the one that I resonated best with.
