Self esteem Is Simply How You Think of Yourself
Do you like yourself; are you proud of your job; happy with the way your body looks; how you treat the people you love? If you don’t like the image that you see of yourself, you will have low self esteem. Maybe you think you are fat or that your job is for losers. Feeling this way is going to increase the negative thinking that is already going on in your mind and continue to make you feel negative and think negative and believe negative – about you!
Self esteem is of huge importance in your life because it determines how you treat others and how you allow others to treat you . If you have low self esteem, you may allow other people to take advantage of you or say things that make you feel even worse about yourself. Turn your negative thinking around and don’t allow yourself to be treated badly by others if you want to be a happier, more fulfilled person.
And if you’ve already been trying but the critical voices in your mind are too loud and you aren’t succeeding, you might try contacting a few life coaches and see if you can find one who you relate to and who you think will be able to help you boost your self esteem.

I agree with the article that self-esteem is very important to live a happy, active life. Building your self-esteem and change or improve your opinion of yourself is crucial to find the direction of your life.
