I am by nature a deep and caring listener. I have the innate capacity to listen with my heart and look beyond the words to penetrate deep into your needs and help you identify your core issues.

In the School of Life, I’ve learned precious life lessons through many challenges of my own, such as:

• Three marriages (including a co-dependent relationship with an abusive husband),
• working full time while raising my three wonderful children basically by myself,
• living a bi-cultural background from living for extensive periods of time in the US and Dominican Republic
• coping with depression, panic attacks and anxiety
