I am by nature a deep and caring listener. I have the innate capacity to listen with my heart and look beyond the words to penetrate deep into your needs and help you identify your core issues.

In the School of Life, I’ve learned precious life lessons through many challenges of my own, such as:

• Three marriages (including a co-dependent relationship with an abusive husband),
• working full time while raising my three wonderful children basically by myself,
• living a bi-cultural background from living for extensive periods of time in the US and Dominican Republic
• coping with depression, panic attacks and anxiety

My ongoing growth and transformation have been enhanced through a long-term coaching relationship with Maia Berens, who introduced me to the coaching program, YOU University. This program has made a tremendous impact in my own inner healing and has become an intrinsic part of my coaching practice, knowing first hand of its power to uncover and remove the blocks to a fulfilling, balanced life.
