Are You Looking to Make Major Changes in Yourself?

A YOU University Coach Will Be There to
Guide, Instruct and Life Coach You through YOU University

If one of your thoughts is “Hmmm. Spend money on a coach”, check this out: Sally’s Dilemma

YOU University Coaches are very special people. They have overcome amazing things in their lives: sexual molestation, physical, mental and emotional abuse; being lost as a child in a large though loving family. They have learned to love themselves and accept themselves. They have learned and use every day the tools that you will learn in YOU University. They are the original “put your money where your mouth is” people. Read about them. Watch their videos. Talk to them. They are truly wonderful – each and everyone of them. Maia Berens, YOU University Creator and Life Coach Trainer

Gina Bendel, Mom of 4, Grandma of 2, Former Realtor:

YouTube Preview ImageI now KNOW, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that you can overcome devastating childhood trauma, sexual molestation, physical & emotional abuse, empty nest syndrome, mid-life crisis and more. I know because I HAVE OVERCOME.

  • Do you feel anxious or overwhelmed?
  • Are you just plain tired pretty much all the time?
  • Have you tried to figure out your “purpose” and come up blank?
  • Do you feel a sense of unease and hopelessness?
  • Have you tried conventional counseling and still feel like something is missing? And you still feel a whole variety of ways – just messed up?

You are not alone. These are all questions I answered “yes” to before I discovered YOU University. Emotionally & spiritually I was drained. I didn’t know who I was or what my purpose was. I had been feeling as if I were on a constant downward spiral and didn’t know how to pull myself back up. (more)

Savina Cavallo, Administrative Assistant, Workshop Leader:

Do you sometimes feel you don’t know what you really want and feel?

YouTube Preview ImageIn the School of Life, I’ve learned precious life lessons through many challenges of my own, such as:

  • Three marriages (including a co-dependent relationship with an abusive husband),
  • working full time while raising my three wonderful children basically by myself,
  • living a bi-cultural background from living for extensive periods of time in the US and Dominican Republic
  • coping with depression, panic attacks and anxiety

My ongoing growth and transformation have been enhanced through a long-term coaching relationship with Maia Berens, who introduced me to the coaching program, YOU University. This program has made a tremendous impact in my own inner healing and has become an intrinsic part of my coaching practice, knowing first hand of its power to uncover and remove the blocks to a fulfilling, balanced life. Crystal Church, Single Mom, Drug Educator:

My sobriety journey has had many twists and turns. I went to treatment the first time when I was about 25, self admitted. When I felt like I had the problem whipped, I stopped going.

YouTube Preview ImageThis only lasted for about 6 months and I was back to drinking and drugging. I spent the next 13 years perfecting my disease. I got a DUI when I was 37, and by the time I got to my mandated treatment at 38 I was in a rocky marriage. I was court ordered to do treatment this time.

  • Do you relate to any of this story?
  • Have you been in and out of treatment – on and off sobriety?
  • Do you need to get your life together so that your kids don’t suffer and repeat the family patterns?

When I quit cold turkey, my whole world fell apart. (more)

Maggie Currie, Business Owner, Life Coach, Author:

I didn’t know who I was for many years. I was adopted as a baby and was brought up to be who my parents thought I should be.

YouTube Preview Image It’s as if I wasn’t aware of who I was for many years. I was adopted as a baby and was brought up to be who my parents thought I should be. I found Maia through Twitter and through YOU University, l have found myself – the real ME. As a result my life has transformed.  I finally see the person who allowed herself to be led through life by other people. I finally truly “have a life”! (more)

WHAT WAS IT LIKE BEFORE YOU UNIVERSITY?
I knew about the program because my mom is a YOU University Coach and she talks wonders about it.

At the time I was in a weird place in my life, was having problems in my marriage, had no job, no hobby, felt frustrated and bored, so I decided to invest my time studying and become a Life Coach.

As the program is emotion based coaching, something very different and particular from other programs in the market, I became even more interested.

WHAT HAPPENED AND WORKED FOR ME?

The initial idea was to become a Life Coach and make a living out of it. I did not know I was going to get in touch with my deepest fears, insecurities and my real hidden self. (more)

To become who you are meant to be, not only do you have to love who you are, you have to love who you were.

I call myself a “Soul Healer”. What I do is help you deal with your emotions, past lives, fears and soul-deep sorrows. Doing this kind of work will help you reconnect with your true self and with the universe, as well as help you to accept and love yourself as you become all that you can be. I can help you discover your full potential and live the life you desire. This is not something I’ve learned to do in just one life time. This has been the culmination of a very long haul of lives and experiences. In this lifetime, I have survived being orphaned, a brutal childhood, and traumatic teenage years. I have a kidney disease that will see me on dialysis before the end of my time, and I am a melanoma cancer survivor. (more)
